We will get on a call with you on your preferred date and time to discuss about the needs of your business and how you can leverage the help of virtual assistants to fulfill them.
You can also tell us about the details such as the tasks, tools/systems to be used, key metrics, and schedule that you prefer for your virtual assistant.
We will initiate hiring and screening candidates once your request has been confirmed.
We’ll use the details you have provided during our initial call to find you a pool of virtual assistants that fit your criteria.
Candidates who pass the recruitment stage will undergo a training program designed to equip them with the basic skills to effectively help you out on your business.
These candidates will have to pass the training program to be endorsed for an interview.
CHOOSE YOUR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
We will arrange an interview for you and the candidates via Zoom. We’ll send you the candidates’ profiles ahead of time so you can review them before the interview.
We recommend that you ask the candidates a set of questions tailored to your company’s vision and values so you can identify which one is best suited to join your team.
There will be a 30-minute onboarding session with you, your virtual assistant, and your dedicated account coordinator to check the tools, discuss expectations, and make sure everything else is set before your virtual assistant starts working.
ONGOING SUPPORT AND COLLABORATION
Your dedicated account manager will manage and monitor your virtual assistant’s attendance and performance. Regular check-ins may be set to discuss your experience, the virtual assistant’s performance, and anything else that you would need from our end.
